Recalibrate is an 8-week, counseling-informed, faith-integrated group cohort designed to support emotional regulation, spiritual alignment, and intentional inner growth.

This cohort is for individuals who desire structured support in a group setting while integrating biblical truth with practical emotional tools.

WHAT RECALIBRATE IS

Recalibrate is:

• A structured group cohort

• Faith-based and scripture-centered

• Counseling-informed

• Facilitated live on Zoom

Recalibrate is not individual therapy or counseling.

WHO THIS COHORT IS FOR

Recalibrate may be a good fit if you:

• Desire greater emotional regulation and inner stability

  • Are navigating fear, anxiety, emotional heaviness, anger, or forgiveness

• Want to grow spiritually while developing healthy emotional responses

• Prefer group support rather than individual sessions

• Are willing to engage in reflection, discussion, and personal practice

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

Participants can expect:

• Biblical insight integrated with emotional regulation principles

• Guided weekly discussions

• Practical tools to respond rather than react

• Journaling and reflective exercises

• Optional consecration practices to support spiritual alignment

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

• Format: Live group sessions on Zoom

• Length: 8 weeks

• Session Length: 90 minutes per week

• Group Size: Limited to maintain safety and engagement

Each session includes:

• Scripture-based teaching

• Facilitated discussion

• Practical emotional exercises

• Guided reflection and journaling

OPTIONAL CONSECRATION PRACTICE

Participants may choose to engage in an optional weekly consecration rhythm, typically during the first three days of the week.

Consecration may include:

• Fasting from food or other distractions

• Intentional prayer and reflection

• Increased awareness of emotional responses

Participation is voluntary and adaptable based on individual needs and health considerations.

INVESTMENT

$350 one-time payment for the 8-week cohort
