This is a private pay practice, which means I do not accept insurance at this time.

As a Clinical Christian Counselor with a PhD in Clinical Christian Counseling, my services are offered outside of the traditional insurance model to preserve the freedom, privacy, and faith-based focus that many of my clients value. Working privately allows us to prioritize your needs, without the limitations or labels sometimes required by insurance companies.

I offer affordable session rates and may provide sliding scale options when appropriate. Many clients appreciate the flexibility, confidentiality, and faith-integrated care that a private pay structure allows.

In video sessions with your counselor, you see and talk with each other in a virtual face-to-face setting; in our case, it is a HIPPA-compliant Zoom Room.

When you schedule your appointment, you will click the link sent in your appointment confirmation email. That link will redirect you to a “digital waiting room,” where you will wait until your counselor lets you into the digital meeting room.

The exact frequency you meet with your counselor is unique to you and your situation. On average clients meet with their counselor 2-3 times a month for 45-minute meetings

Some people prefer to meet less frequently or for longer 90-minute meetings. You will choose meeting frequency and duration based on your counselor’s recommendation and your preferences.

You can use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact Member Support. If changes are made 24 hours before the appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee.

Clients who experience an internet outage or other technical difficulties are encouraged to attend their session over the phone.

Cancelling your subscription can be easily done online. You can cancel future subscription payments online by scroll up a little bit and clicking on “Membership Cancellation Form” under the “Additional Forms” column.

You’ll know that your membership has been ended when you receive the confirmation email with the subject “Goodbye for now”.

Our monthly memberships' prices range from $150 to $300, depending on the frequency of visits.

The duration of your counseling journey is entirely flexible, tailored to your unique situation and goals. Some clients achieve their objectives within a few weeks, while others choose to continue counseling as part of their ongoing personal development plan. The decision is entirely yours.

• A 1-time Assessment & Matching fee of $45 and your first month’s membership fees are charged when you start your membership.

• The membership fee is automatically charged to the billing method of your choice every 4 weeks.

• Memberships include 2x 45-minute units a month that can be scheduled separately as 2 meetings or together for a single 90-minute meeting at the membership discounted rate.

• Additional units are available as needed at the membership discounted rate: $75/per hour

• Unused unit’s roll-over month-to-month as long as you have an active membership.

• You may discontinue your membership at any time, unused units remain available for 12 months after you end your membership.
